Load Impact AB (“we”) use cookies on our website, which means that small pieces of data stored in text files are saved on your browser when you visit our website. We use cookies for functionality of our website and application. Analysis to improve our website and to create relevant advertising

In order to analyze how you use our website, cookies from Google's analytics service (Google Analytics) are placed.


The cookie named _ga is used to identify users by creating a random number that serves as a Client ID. In this way, we can for example see how many unique visitors we have on our website.


On high traffic volume websites, the amount of data recorded by Google needs to be limited. This is taken care of by the cookie _gat.


In order to collect information about how you use our website, we use the cookie _gid. It separates users by creating a unique ID that is used to generate statistical data on how the website is used by visitors.

In order to show you relevant advertising and to follow up such advertising when you are browsing on other websites, cookies are placed from Google’s marketing tool (Google Ads).


The cookie named IDE is set by DoubleClick (which is owned by Google). The data from the cookie is used by Google to display relevant advertising to a website user across the web.


The cookie named test_cookie is set by DoubleClick to determine if the website visitor’s browser supports cookies.

In order to analyze how you use our website, cookies from the analytics service Hotjar are placed.


The cookie named _hjIncludedInSample will collect information regarding your IP address and regarding how you use the website, e.g. information on how you browse around on our website and we use aggregated information, for instance regarding how many users that visit the website.


The cookie named _hjid is set when the customer first lands on a page with the Hotjar script. It is used to persist the Hotjar User ID, unique to that site on the browser. This ensures that behavior in subsequent visits to the same site will be attributed to the same user ID.


Hotjar may use the collected information for its own purposes.

The cookie named personalization_id is used by Twitter to track, profile and personalize Twitter experience across the web.

The cookies we describe below are going to be placed in your browser when you use our website. These cookies are strictly necessary to provide a service which you have explicitly requested, i.e. they are necessary for the website to function properly. The localStorage cookie loadimpact.apiToken is a user authentication token used to authenticate a user in our web application against our API.


The localStorage cookie loadimpact.version is used to store the current version of our web application in your browser.


The cookie named token is used for passing a session authentication token between api.loadimpact.com and app.loadimpact.com and redirect users.

In order to provide chat functionality on our website and in our application, cookies from the chat software provider Drift are placed.


The cookie DFTT_END_USER_PREV_BOOTSTRAPPED marks when the Drift website visitor has been created within the Drift system. This allows subsequent page visits to be faster because the site visitor does not have to be registered in the system again.


The cookie driftt_aid is the anonymous identifier token. It is used to tie the visitor on our website with the profile within the Drift system. This allows Drift to remember the information that this site visitor has provided through the chat on subsequent site visits.


The cookie driftt_sid is the session identifier token. It is used to tie the visitor on our website with a current website session within the Drift system. This enables session-specific features, such as popping up a messaging only once during a 30 minute-session as to prevent a disruptive experience.


Drift may use the collected information for its own purposes.

The cookie is used to keep track of a user’s session to discover log errors and exceptions.
